Anyway: after a fun SoCal run with the Monophonics, we’re happy to be bringing it on home for a week of NorCal shows to round out the year. Below you’ll find dates for our shows in Sacramento, Santa Cruz, and Sebastopol, all leading up to our two-night New Year’s Eve blowout at the Swedish American Hall in San Francisco. Anyone who’s been to our NYE shows before can tell you they’re special — expect champagne, a packed dancefloor, and a few surprises.
About the Swedish: Aside from being a historic and beautifully restored room, it’s a venue that will always be dear to us since we gathered a whole gang of friends there to shoot the music video for “Money.” That video just turned a year old, and while we’ve been busy in the studio making new music for you, “Money” still feels pretty damn special. After a tough year, it’s nice to have that song as a reminder of why we do what we do — for the love of music. Making money don’t make you rich, remember?
